摘要

The cross-level organizational value-chain relationship had been implemented on the practically vertical integrated operation in industries for couples of years. In the traditional organizational value-chain relationship governance research, the major research concerns are focused on the binary, static and unidirectional organizational relationship. There are few studies and theoretic intents to explain and confirm this practical gap. This study tries to build up the theoretical model, that is characteristic of triadic, multidirectional, competitive and cooperative concept, to explain this cross-level interact and dynamic organizational value-chain competitive and cooperative relationship, in the mean time that this study uses the embedded analysis case research method to verify and confirm this theoretical model.
