The stability of three proteins from Neisseria Meningitidis serogroup B proteins (MenB) formulated on polylactide co-glycolyde microparticles (PLG) was evaluated. Integrity of proteins released from microparticles stored at 4 and 25 degrees Celsius was evaluated at two weeks, one month, three months and 18 months by SDS-PAGE and Western blot. The immunogenicity of the formulation was assessed in mice after four months and compared to freshly made formulations. The results suggest that the three MenB proteins formulated with PLG microparticles is a stable formulation.
