摘要

B2B online payment is senior forms of financial innovation,which is the key of realizing cash flow,business flow,logistics flow and government flow interworking and the principal transactions and regulators collaborative working. Existing B2B online payment system has its limitations,which cannot meet the needs of B2B ecommerce sustained,rapid and healthy development Comparing ecosystem with B2B online payment system in some aspects,it is concluded that B2B online payment system is a complicated,nonlinear and selforganization system. Based on the research of collaborative theory order parameters,proposes the concept of participant information gene and finds that participant information gene is the microscopic order parameters of decided B2B online payment system macro orderliness. Meanwhile,constructs the "identity eigenvalue+credibility" two dimensional attribute of participant information gene model basing on the participants' behavior. The combination of all participants' information gene model forms the system order parameters of B2B online payment system.
