摘要

Knowledge exchange and capitalization in a Community of Teachers is not easy to perform. Online forums have shown their limits and the need for systems dedicated to Communities of Practice is real. In this paper, we propose a bottom-up approach for a platform model to allow practice exchange in a teachers' Community of Practice following a Task/Method paradigm for practice description and a community driven elicitation process.
