摘要

In this study, the phenol containing GO was simply immobilized on a TiO_2 surface via single-step tyrosinase-mediated reaction in mild conditions. We used the GO-immobilized TiO_2 substrate not only as an antimicrobial agent but also as a vehicle for delivering antimicrobial drugs. In addition, the immobilized surfaces were non-toxic toward the human cells. In conclusion, the release of doxycycline hyclate in a sustained manner from GO immobilized surfaces is expected to solve the pressing need for enhanced infection control.
