This paper deals with the LMS (least-mean-square) method of adaptive adjustment technique for swinging amplitude and frequency control with tuning ability in swinging track control in a traditional structure of magnetic forced swinging cradle. Two forced patterns of one-side-push and higher frequency shaking are used to run different cases dynamically for a long period of natural swinging. With quiet and smooth swinging, the infants' brain can feel some changed phasic event in comfort when he/she is going to fall asleep. The two patterns for combined adaptive control have advantages of simplicity, variety and wider shaking frequency range. A well-controlled swinging pattern generator is provided for clinical studies on the growth of babies and experimental data are collected to show the feasibility and good performance.
