摘要

The ideology and moral character of young college students are closely linked with the Party and the country's future, and the healthy growth of students is directly impacted trough the ideological education management of college, so the science and effectiveness of this education are critically essential.This article is based on the scientific development with "people-oriented" concept of the 3rd Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee, the 16th Central Document on "Advice on Further Strengthening and Improving the Ideological and Political Education of College Students and the newly revised "Regulations on Administration of Students in Regular Higher".On the basis of learning and understanding, these programmatic documents grasp the development of ideological and moral and psychological qualities of the current students, as well as the defects in the management of universities, and learn from the essence of their predecessors in "people-oriented" ideological and political education and college students management theory, and then propose their own insights and research methods.
