摘要

A trial was conducted to evaluate the effect of two different enzymes on the ileal digestibility of dry matter, protein and amino acids of wheat for growing pigs. The supplementation of wheat with enzymes improved on average about 4-6 percentage unitsthe apparent ileal digestibility of dry matter, crude protein and amino acids. These improvements were statistically significant [P < 0.05) for most amino acids. No differences were observed between the two enzyme preparations. Additionally the freeze-dried ileal contents were examined microscopically to quantify the different cell types containing undigested starch or protein. It was observed that enzymes reduced the number of cells containing undigested protein or starch.
