In this paper, a theoretical framework to support organisational collaboration capabilities is proposed, that involves reflective and explorative practice to address the individual mindsets of persons actually expected to cooperate, and related corporate contexts. The framework draws on knowledge management concepts, management theory, psychology and educational science, as well as design and systems theory to synthesisc an approach to related methodology development.
