摘要

This article develops and tests a positive and functional attributional model of leadership. Using a sample of subordinates from mostly service organizations, the article finds support for the hypotheses. Attributional accuracy, cause-effect beliefs, and non-susceptibility to biases emerged as key predictors. Contributions, limitations, implications for research and practice are discussed.
