摘要

Optimized labeling conditions on model Cys peptide to minimize Tyr labeling. Successfully identified 10 Cys-labeled peptides of BSA. Cys-labeled peptides were not confidently identified from the CEF lysate. Contaminants introduced during sample preparation and/or peptide mixture complexity may have precluded efficient labeling. Further optimization is required for proteome applications.
