摘要

Ecological building is the extremely important part of the theme "architecture and harmony", and has a huge promotional effect on the sustainable development. Based on the appraisal criteria system of the risk in the ecological building project developing, we apply matter-element analysis and AHP to establish the appraisal model, give out an example to illustrate the specific operation, and work out the assessment of risk-rank in the ecological building developing. Compared to the traditional methods, the proposed mathod transfers qualitative judgement to quantitative analysis, improves objectivity, and has a stronger maneuverability.
