This experiment used PA6 anti-ultraviolet properties fabric which specifications were adding a content of 0.3% nano-material 70D/24F SD DTY and adding a content of 0.7% nano-material 70D/48F SD DTY as raw material. After weaving, we analysis the influence on dye concentration and postboarding process for anti-ultraviolet properties of PA6 knitted fabrics. The result shows that the more dye concentration increase, the better anti-ultraviolet properties of fabric raise and the higher temperature or the slower speed of the postboarding, the faster anti-ultraviolet properties of fabric decline.
