Key aspects of the current and immediately previous Biomedical Engineering curricula at the Milwaukee School of Engineering are described in this paper. These curricula include an introductory course, an extended design experience, an entrepreneurship component, an industrial simulation and joint laboratory experiences. These components assure program graduates are well prepared for both current and future industrial and academic careers.
