Student competitions are conducted to identify talented young people, promotion of scientific activity of the students, improving the quality of graduates. Soviet Union, and then Russia's Olympiad on theoretical mechanics conducted annually since 1981 [1,2]. The distinctive feature of these Olympics is that they cover whole range of students in Russia, since equal can participate in it both technical and classic universities.
