摘要

Currently, the contribution of the small-medium industry has an important role in Indonesian's economy. However, the small medium industry should increase its competitiveness and quality product. These efforts can be done by concerning two aspects: improving internal and external factors. The purpose of this study is to design a performance measurement model of the small-medium industry by employing a balanced scorecard method. Balanced Scorecard method is the integration of financial and nonfinancial measurement. The result of this research can be utilized by the parties concerned, entrepreneurs of the small-medium industry, village government, district government, and university. Especially for district government, the result of the study could be an input making local policy.
