摘要

The OPS-SAT project is a from the European Space Agency with the Institute of Communication Networks and Satellite Communication at Graz University of Technology as prime contractor. The Institute of Communication Networks and Satellite Communication is responsible for all project tasks including management of the consortium , the developmentof of satellite components, system assembly, verification and various other activities. The OPS-SAT project is a cooperation between ESA, the Institute of Communication Networks and Satellite Communication at Graz University of Technology and seven European companies. This paper gives an insight into the lessions we have learned during the OPS-SAT project.
