In the country's 9~th Five-Year Plan with gradual development and improvement of socialism market economy, Ansham Iron & Steel Complex has been committed to turn around its loss and implement a preliminary modern enterprise system. It has been concentrating its efforts on accelerating industrial restructuring, increasing products' market competernce and replacing imported steel products. As the result it created an effective way of technical upgrading, that is, to use world-class process and technology, cut investment, perform early operation and get more profits. Since 1995 Angang has been focusing on technical upgrading featured with industrial restructuring, improving quality, increasing profit and enterprise market competence. Considering its situation we raised funds through issuing stock and enterprise market competence.
