摘要

The technologies of isotropic chemical etching of silicon surfaces and of chemical growth of PS have been outlined and applied. Additionally, experiments on the electrochemical growth of textures have been carried out. We succeeded in determining the optimal conditions for the fabrication of a new macro-porous (crater-like or honeycomb) texture on a silicon substrate. This features several considerable advantages. It gives a geometrical relief that can easily be subjected to further processing (p junction formation, passivation). Moreover, together with a second electrochemically etched layer, it can create a high quality optical system for the efficient capture of light into the surface.
