摘要

Preparing our graduates to triumph in the global skills race is an urgent issue facing universities in the 21st century. Employers are increasingly looking for workers who can think creatively, collaborating creatively and effectively with others to solve complex problems. This paper presents a pedagogical approach based on collaborative learning in a community of learners from different disciplines. It aims to develop in them creative thinking skills in solving design problems. The results of a study on the effectiveness of such an approach in nurturing students who have no background in visual art, including engineering students team-working skills and creativity are presented and discussed.
