Many studies have found that target organ damage in hypertension patients is closely related to central aortic pressure ( CAP) . CAP is important in the evaluation of artery structure and function. Additionally, inflammation research has shown that there is a close pathogenetic relationship between target organ damage in hypertension patients and CAP.
