In this paper the tissue culture plantlets of “Sharpblue”blueberry were used as test materials. The rooting auxins affecting their ex vitro rooting and medium factors affecting the plantlet-raising quality were studied. The results showed that the suitable rooting auxin for the tissue culture plantlets of“Sharpblue”blueberry was the 1:1 mixed solution of 800 mg/L NAA and 800 mg/L IAA. The best light medium formula for the plantlet-raising was the mixture of 60% peat,30% perlite and 10% sawdust.% 以“夏普蓝”蓝莓组培苗为试材，对影响其瓶外生根的生根激素和影响育苗质量的基质因素进行研究。结果表明：“夏普蓝”蓝莓组培苗适宜的生根激素为NAA和IAA 800 mg/L浓度1颐1混合溶液，最佳育苗轻基质配方为60%泥炭+30%珍珠岩+10%木屑。
