Objective To compare the efficacy, safety and tolerance of bowel preparation by the use of oral sodium phosphate with those of magnesium sulfate for the patients undergoing endoscopic mucosal resection. Methods 62 patients were enrolled in the trial and were divided into two groups randomly. Sodium phosphates oral solution was used in group A and magnesium sulfate was used in group B. Results The cleaning rate and tolerance rate of group A were significantly higher than those of group B( P <0. 05 ). The adverse reactions showed no difference between two groups. Conclusion Oral sodium phosphates solution used for bowel preparation has a relatively better cleaning effect and is well tolerated, which can be used as a routine method for bowel preparation before EMR.%目的 对比研究口服磷酸钠盐溶液和硫酸镁溶液在内镜下黏膜切除术患者术前肠道准备中的肠道清洁效果、患者耐受性和安全性.方法 62例患者随机分为两组,A组口服磷酸钠盐溶液,B组口服硫酸镁溶液,对两组患者的肠道清洁效果、耐受情况及不良反应进行比较.结果 口服磷酸盐组的肠道清洁有效率、耐受率均高于硫酸镁组(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率无显著差异.结论 磷酸钠盐溶液的肠道清洁效果好,易耐受,可作为内镜下黏膜切除术术前肠道准备的一种常规方法.
