基于BIM的施工精细化动态调控及预测研究

         

摘要

探讨BIM在施工成本-进度方面的精细化动态调控的应用和价值,构建BIM技术结合WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)对施工过程动态调控的流程;通过工程实例阐述在传统挣得值法的基础上结合上述技术对施工进行偏差分析实现量化调控的应用方法和效果,预测项目成本-进度的发展趋势,为项目后期控制及企业管理提供决策依据.%The paper discusses the application and value of BIM technology in meticulous and dynamic construction management on cost-schedule, establishes the implementation procedure which combines BIM and WBS; then by a construction case, it elaborates the application and effect of BIM and WBS in the deviation analysis and quantitative regulation based on traditional method. The method can also be used to predict the development trend of cost and progress, so as to provide reference for the later stages of the project and enterprise management.
