Based on the hinder of prefabricated building promotion process,and put forward prefabricated building government compensation mechanism for major Stakeholders,the relationship between the government parties,the project owner,precast manufacturers,the use of economic theory and incentive mechanism design theory,design assembly building government compensation mechanism,and the use of game theory model theoretical analysis for the government to develop a reasonable intensity compensation mechanism provided.%基于装配式建筑成本高,推广使用困难的特点,提出装配式建筑政府补偿机制,分析主要利益相关主体,政府方、项目业主方、预制构件厂商的相互关系,运用经济机制设计理论和激励理论,设计装配式建筑的政府补偿机制,并运用博弈论模型进行理论分析,为政府制定合理的补偿机制强度提供依据.
