轴承钢球加工用开口磨板进球口的修形对钢球加工质量有重要影响，分析传统手工砂轮修整存在的问题，提出了镶嵌式开口磨板结构和采用数控铣床XK9890的修形方法，通过加工对比体现了铣床修形开口磨板喇叭形进球口的优势。%The profiling of ball inlet of opening grinding plates for bearing steel balls has significant impact on process-ing quality of steel balls.The problems are analyzed about traditional manual grinding wheel dressing.The mosaic o-pening grinding plate structure and profiling method by CNC milling machine XK9890 are proposed,and the advantages of horn ball inlet of opening grinding plates profiled with milling machine is reflected by processing contrast.
