杜仲叶中绿原酸的协同增敏荧光光谱法测定

         

摘要

研究了四硼酸钠-阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)微乳液混合体系对绿原酸的协同荧光增敏作用.结果表明,单独存在的四硼酸钠和CTMAB对绿原酸的荧光强度无显著增敏作用,但四硼酸钠-CTMAB混合体系对绿原酸具有较好的协同荧光强度增敏作用.在优化条件下,绿原酸浓度在0.13~1.32μg·mL<-1>范围内与体系荧光强度呈线性关系,相关系数r为0.9991,检测限(3σ)为0.01μg·mL<'-1>.该方法用于测量杜仲叶中绿原酸时,回收率在95.9%~104.2%之间,结果较满意.%The fluorescence of chlorogenic acid enhanced by the synergetic effect of sodium tetraborate with cetyl-trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTMAB) was studied. The results show that sodium tetraborate and CTMAB has no sensitizing effect on chlorogenic acid, respectively. While sodium tetraborate-CTMAB microemulsion shows the highest sensitizing effect on the determination of chlorogenic acid. Under the optimized conditions, the fluorescence intensity was linearly related to the chlorogenic acid concentration in the range of 0. 13 to 1.32 μg · mL-1 with a correlation coefficient of 0. 9991. The detection limit (3σ) is 0. 01 μg · mL-1. The proposed method was satisfactorily applied to the determination of photogenic acid in Eucommia leaf. Therecovery was within the range of 95.9 % to 104.2%.
