为了对传统亚硝酸盐的测定方法进行改进,利用β-环糊精作为亚硝酸根催化溴酸钾氧化罗丹明 B褪色反应的增敏剂,建立了测定亚硝酸根的新方法。实验结果表明:最大吸收波长为556 nm,摩尔吸光系数为1.75×105,线性回归方程△A =0.2136c +0.0253,相关系数为0.9981,线性范围0.01~12.5μg/25 mL,加标回收率为99.8%~101.9%,6次测定的 RSD≤3.9%。此法用于肉制品中亚硝酸盐含量的测定,结果令人满意。%In order to improve the traditional method for determination of nitrite,a new catalytic kinetic photometric method for determination of trace nitrite with β-CD as sensitizer has been developed.The result shows that the maximum absorbance is at 556 nm with apparent molar absorption of 1.75×105 .The regression equation of calibration is △A=0.2136c+0.0253,with a correlation coefficient of 0.9981.The Beer's Law is 0.01 ~12.5 μg/25 mL.The recovery of standard addition is 99.8% ~ 101.9% with RSD ≤ 3.9% (n = 6 ).The method has been applied for the determination of nitrite in meat product with satisfactory results.
