葡萄酒中的金属元素对人体健康非常有益.用硝酸-高氯酸对葡萄酒进行消化处理,采用原子吸收光谱法测定、处理溶液中铜、铁、锌、镁的含量.结果表明:使用原子吸收光谱法测定葡萄酒中金属元素的方法可行、准确、简便、快速.%Grape wine contains many useful metal elements for people.In this paper,the contents of Cu,Fe,Zn and Mg in grape wine are determined by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) after the grape wine being treated by mixed solution of HNO3 and HClO4.The result shows that the method is feasible,accurate,simple and rapid.
