裸燕麦配方食物干预代谢综合征合并脂肪肝的临床效果分析

         

摘要

目的:探讨裸燕麦配方食物干预代谢综合征合并脂肪肝的临床效果。方法随机选择2014年8月~2015年7月,在我院接受治疗的100例代谢综合征合并脂肪肝患者,对其使用裸燕麦配方食物进行饮食治疗,经过一段时间的治疗后,对比治疗前与治疗后患者的肝功能、血糖以及血脂等情况。结果经过裸燕麦配方食物干预后,患者的血糖、低密度脂蛋白、胆固醇等均得到改善,与治疗前对比,其差异存在统计学意义。使用B超进行检查,脂肪肝治疗有效率高达89%。结论裸燕麦配方食物干预代谢综合征合并脂肪肝具有明显的效果,可有效改善患者的病情,促进患者康复。%Objective To investigate the oat recipe food intervention fatty liver metabolic syndrome effect. Methods From August 2014 to July 2015 in our hospital, 100 cases of metabolic syndrome in patients with fatty liver were randomly selected, its use oat recipes food dietary treatment, after a period of treatment, compared to treatment before and after treatment in patients with liver function, blood sugar and blood fat and so on. Results After the intervention oat food formula, the patient's blood glucose, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol etc. have been signiifcantly improved, and contrast before treatment, the difference was statistical y signiifcant. Use B-check, fat y liver treatment efficiency up to 89%. Conclusion Oat recipe food interventions have metabolic syndrome, fat y liver obvious effect, can effectively improve the patient's condition, and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
