目的分析冠心病患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、肌钙蛋白I（cTnI）、血脂（TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C）水平的变化及意义。方法选取我院收治的冠心病患者99例作为观察组，选取同期收治的健康体检者95例作为对照组，均进行hs-CRP、cTnI及血脂水平的检测，观察检测结果的变化，分析临床意义。结果观察组hs-CRP、cTnI、TG、TC、LDL-C水平均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组HDL-C水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 hs-CRP、肌钙蛋白和血脂水平与冠心病密切相关，动态检测患者相关指标水平可以帮助医师对患者病情做出正确的判断。%Objective To analyze the changes and significance of serum high sensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP), cardiac troponin I (cTnI), blood lipids (TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C) levels in patients with coronary heart disease.MethodsSelected our hospital of 99 patients with coronary heart disease as the observation group, during the same period were selected 95 healthy cases as control group, were hs-CRP, cTnI and lipid levels, to observe the change of detection results and clinical signiifcance analysis. ResultsThe observation group hs-CRP, cTnI, TG, TC, LDL-C levels were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The level of HDL-C in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Hs-CRP, troponin and blood lipid levels and coronary heart disease are closely related, dynamic detection of patient related indicators can help physicians to make the correct judgment of the patient's condition.
