目的 探讨痰热清联合头孢呋辛钠治疗老年肺气肿合并感染的临床价值.方法 将肺气肿合并感染老年患者94例分为两组,对照组采用头孢呋辛钠治疗,观察组采用头孢呋辛钠联合痰热清治疗.结果 观察组症状缓解时间、体温恢复时间及X线片恢复正常时间短于对照组,两组治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率对比,P＜0.05,差异不具有统计学意义.结论 痰热清联合头孢呋辛钠在老年肺气肿合并感染患者治疗中的效果显著.%Objective To investigate the clinical value of joint cefuroxime tanreqing senile emphysema infection.Methods Selected 94 cases of infection were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.
