探讨情景模拟教学法用于护理人员在职培训中的效果

         

摘要

Objective To mainly study the effect of scene simulation teaching method in the on-the-job training of nursing staff. Methods 60 cases of nursing staff newly recruited in our hospital from 2014 to 2015 were given on-the-job training by the scene simulation teaching method during teaching, the theoretical examinations before and after training were com-pared and analyzed by questionnaire. Results The difference in the theoretical examination score before and after training was big, [(66.32±4.62 ) scores vs (87.45±5.7) scores], the questionnaire after training showed that 90% nursing staff liked scene simulation teaching method and 93.33% nursing staff supposed that scene simulation teaching method in the on-the-job training was of important guidance significance to clinical work. Conclusion The effect of scene simulation teaching method in the on-the-job training of nursing staff is obvious, which can motivate the learning enthusiasm of nursing staff and improving their theoretical levels and practical ability, and it is worth promotion in the on-the-job training of nursing staff.%目的:该次主要探讨情景模拟教学法用于护理人员在职培训中的效果。方法对该院2014-2015年刚入职的60位护理人员进行在职培训,在教学中采用情景模拟教学法。将这60位护理人员培训前的理论考核以及调查与培训后的理论考核与问卷调查进行比较分析。结果这60位护理人员在培训前的理论考核成绩为(66.32±4.62)分,在接受培训后的理论考核成绩为(87.45±5.7),护理人员在这两个不同的时间段,理论考核成绩的差异性较大。培训后的问卷调查显示有90%的护理人喜欢情境模拟教学法,93.33%的护理人员认为情景模拟教学用于在职培训对临床工作有重要的指导意义。结论情景模拟教学法用于护理人员在职培训中的效果显著,能够调动护理人员学习的积极性,提高他们的理论水平以及实践能力,在护理人员的在职培训中值得推广。
