目的：对护理层级管理在提高护理服务质量提的作用进行分析和探究。方法选取2010年1月-2015年1月间在该院住院治疗的320例的不同疾病患者作为本次研究的研究对象，展开相关调查，对开展护理层级管理前、后的护理服务质量进行比较、分析。结果经过护理层级管理的有效实施该院的护理服务质量得到了有效的提高、患者及其家属对护理服务的满意度等也有显著提高，实施护理层级管理前、后患者的满意度细化评分、护理质量之间的差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论护理层级管理的有效实施有助于有效地提高医院整体的护理质量，护理层级管理作为一种提高医院护理服务质量的有效手途径，其值得继续推广应用。%Objective To analyze the function of nursing level management in improving the quality of nursing service and to ex-plore the function of nursing hierarchy management in nursing service quality improvement..
