Objective To analyze the role of nursing hierarchy management in improving the quality of clinical nursing service.Methods In the selection of clinical departments in our hospital a total of 80 nurses, the nurses work in accordance with the number,were randomly divided into two groups,observation group and control group each 40 nurses,nurse the control group with routine nursing management,the observation group nurses with the nursing level management,two groups of nurses in nursing management after 2 months comparison of two groups of nurses, management effect.ResultsThe observation group of 40 nurses after acceptance of the above management,management of the total effective rate was 80%,the control group was received after the management,the management of the total efficiency of 60%, the total excellent rate of observation group nurses scores were significantly higher than the control group between groups of nurses,nursing management effect compared with the difference,P<0.05.ConclusionThe method of nursing hierarchy management can be used in the management of nurses in hospitals.%目的：分析护理层级管理在提高临床护理服务质量中的作用。方法选取在我院临床科室工作的护士共80名，将护士按照工作编号，随机分为两组，观察组和对照组护士各40名，对照组护士采用常规护理管理；观察组护士采用护理层级管理，两组护士在接受为期2个月的护理管理后，比较两组护士的管理效果。结果观察组40名护士在接受上述管理之后，管理工作总有效率为80%，对照组护士接受上述管理之后，管理工作总有效率为60%，观察组护士护理工作评分的总优秀率要明显高于对照组护士，组间护理管理效果比较具有明显差异，P＜0.05。结论医院在管理护士时，可以采用护理层级管理的方法。
