Methods Using database software from national MDR monitoring centertoanalysethereportsof 113infusionpumpadverseevents,andexplorethesafetyofinfusion pump. ResuIts Infusion pump adverse events in clinic is mainly manifested as inaccurate infusion rates, component failure and abnormal alarm, which were possibly related to unreasonable design, incorrect use and maintenance. ConcIusion In order to guide the proper use of infusion pump, the monitoring of infusion pump adverse events should be strengthened.%目的：对大连市输注泵不良事件情况进行统计分析，总结不良事件特点，为临床合理、安全使用器械提供有效信息。方法对收集的113例输注泵的可疑不良事件报告进行统计分析，探讨输注泵的安全性。结果输注泵不良事件临床表现主要为输注速率不准确、部件故障、异常报警等因素。可能原因有设计问题；有不正确使用和维护等问题。结论加强输注泵不良事件监测工作，以加强临床使用指导。
