全自动化学发光免疫分析仪温度控制系统设计

         

摘要

目的:设计温度控制系统,以解决传统化学发光免疫分析仪的温度控制系统精度低及难控制等难题。方法:通过基于STC89C52芯片和温度传感器DS18B20,设计一款应用于全自动化学发光免疫分析仪的温度控制系统,系统采用较为简单的硬件和软件相结合设计方案,使用Proteus软件进行硬件仿真,并依据仿真电路设计出硬件电路。结果:系统反应区温育槽温度能够精确地控制在37℃,精度为(37±0.3)℃。结论:微型计算机在智能化仪器设备发展中具有重要意义,单片机经济实用、开发简便,利用单片机设计的温度控制系统具有成本低、实用性强以及控制可靠等优势。%Objective:Automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer has a precise requirements of temperature at its incubate slot, in order to solve the problems of low precision and difficult control appeared in traditional Automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer instrument.Methods:A temperature control module of automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer is designed and implemented based on the master chip STC89C52 and the temperature sensor DS18B20. Choose a more streamlined design, hardware and software solutions, use of simulation software Proteus simulation, and design the hardware model.Results:so that the reaction zone incubation tank temperature precise control at 37℃, accuracy of 37±0.3℃.Conclusions:Microcomputer plays a vital role in the development of intelligent equipment. And MCU owns the characteristics of practical and easy development. So the design of temperature control module based on MCU has more preponderance of low cost, strong practical, reliable control.
