This paper found some problems teachers post exercise links courses through investigating the situation and effect of post exercise some vocational colleges, aiming at these problems from their own in die specialty as an example using SMART principle to the use of post exercise goal, feasible post exercise plan, showing the harvest and experience the practice of their own 4 months post exercise, proof that the several main problems of SMART principle can solve the professional teacher post exercise link.%本文通过考察部分高职院校顶岗锻炼的情况与效果发现了专业课教师顶岗锻炼环节的一些问题，针对这些问题从自己的所从事的高职模具专业为例，运用SMART原则拟定了使用的顶岗锻炼实施目标，可行的顶岗锻炼实施计划，展示了自己4个月的顶岗锻炼的实践收获与心得，有力地证明了SMART原则可解决专业课教师顶岗锻炼环节的几个主要问题。
