Objective To evaluate the efficacy of sublingual immunotherapy ( SLIT ) with Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops in treating children with allergic rhinitis ( AR ) and recurrent epistaxis. Methods 88 AR children with recurrent epistaxis were divided into the SLIT experimental group ( 48 cases ) and the control group ( 40 cases ) . The symptom score were recorded before treatment and one-year, two-year after treatment, then the efficacies of the two groups were compared. Results The epistaxis scores of the two groups af-ter treatment decreased significantly than before ( P < 0. 05 ) . The score was lower in the experimental group than in the control group after treatment for one year and two years with statistical significance ( P < 0. 01 ) . Conclusion SLIT with Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops can significantly improve the symptom of recurrent epistaxis in AR children, which has better efficacy than drug therapy only.%目的：观察粉尘螨滴剂舌下免疫治疗（SLIT）变应性鼻炎（AR）儿童反复鼻衄的临床疗效。方法将88例诊断为变应性鼻炎伴反复鼻衄的患儿，分为SLIT试验组（48例）和对照组（40例），观察治疗前及治疗后1年、2年的鼻衄评分变化，并对两组疗效进行对比。结果两组患儿治疗后鼻衄评分均较治疗前降低（ P<0.05），试验组在治疗后1年、2年的症状改善显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论粉尘螨滴剂SLIT对AR患儿反复鼻衄具有一定疗效，且治疗效果显著优于单纯药物治疗。
