Objective To observe the efficacy of Yiqing Capsule combined with Western medicine non-surgical therapy in the treating mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 268 patients with mixed hemorrhoid were randomly divided into the treatment group(138 cases) and the control group(130 cases)and treated by the non-surgical therapy. The treatment group was added Yiqing Capsule,2 capsules each time, three times a day,with 7 d as a course of treatment. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96. 38%,which was significantly higher than 76. 15% in the control group( P < 0. 05). The negative conversion rate of fecal occult blood test in the treat-ment group was 44. 20%,which was significantly higher than 9. 23% in the control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion On the basis of Western medicine non-surgical therapy,adding Chinese patent medicine Yiqing Capsule for treating mixed hemorrhoids fully plays the advantages of integrated Chinese and Western Medicine,which can increase the clinical efficacy,avoid the risk of operation treatment and complications occurrence,and reduce the economic burden of patients.%目的：观察一清胶囊联合西医非手术疗法治疗混合痔的疗效。方法将268例混合痔患者随机分为治疗组138例和对照组130例，均采用非手术方法治疗。治疗组加用一清胶囊口服，每次2粒，每日3次，7 d为1个疗程。结果总有效率治疗组为96.38%，明显高于对照组的76.15%（ P＜0.05）。治疗组大便隐血试验转阴率为44.20%，明显高于对照组的9.23%（ P＜0.01）。结论在西医常规非手术治疗的基础上加用中成药一清胶囊治疗混合痔，充分发挥了中西医结合的优势，可提高临床疗效，避免手术治疗的风险和并发症，减轻患者的经济负担。
