目的：观察放疗联合介入化疗治疗中晚期食管癌的效果，并分析其临床价值。方法78例中晚期食管癌患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各39例。对照组采用单纯放疗进行治疗，观察组采用介入化疗联合放疗进行治疗。观察两组的治疗效果，并且调查患者经过治疗后3年的生存率。结果观察组治疗后总缓解率为74.36%(29/39)，优于对照组的15.38%(6/39)，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后第1、2、3年生存率分别为87.18%、69.23%、53.85%，均高于对照组的48.72%、30.77%、23.08%，比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论介入化疗联合放疗治疗中晚期食管癌效果好，患者生存率高，值得临床进一步推广。%Objective To observe effect by radiotherapy combined with interventional chemotherapy in the treatment of middle-advanced esophagus cancer, and to analyze its clinical value. Methods A total of 78 middle-advanced esophagus cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received single radiotherapy for treatment, and the observation group received radiotherapy combined with interventional chemotherapy. Curative effects of both groups were observed, and survival rate in 3 years after treatment were researched. Results The observation group had higher total remission rate after treatment as 74.36% (29/39) than 15.38% (6/39) of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The observation had survival rates in 1, 2, and 3 years after treatment respectively as 87.18%, 69.23% and 53.85%, which were all higher than 48.72%, 30.77% and 23.08% of the control group, and their differences all had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of radiotherapy and interventional chemotherapy provides precise effect in treating middle-advanced esophagus cancer, along with high survival rate. It is worth further clinical promotion.
