基于虚拟仪器的轴系扭振监测与诊断系统研制及应用

         

摘要

With the purpose of predictive maintenance, a digital monitoring and diagnosis system of shafting torsional vibration is developed based on LabWindows/CVI and by cooperating with a USB6211 data acquisition card. The system makes use of advantages of simple measurement and abundant information in the shafting torsional vibration signal of internal combustion engines. The system possesses such functions as testing and analyzing the torsional vibration, calculating the additional torsional stress and monitoring the important parameters of torsional vibration, thus it can achieve the continuous monitoring, real-time fault diagnosis and trend forecasting of internal combustion engines. The system was calibrated with a standard torsional vibration signal provided by an NB-1 torsional vibration calibrator made by Southeast University, and torsional vibration testing of an air compressor and torsional stress testing of a diesel were carried out. The testing, analysis and calculation results are accurate and reliable. The system is fast, steady, powerful, and easy tooperate.%  以预测维修为目的,利用LabWindows/CVI软件为开发平台,配合USB6211数据采集卡研究开发了一套集扭振测试、扭振分析与测试的附加扭转应力计算及扭振重要参数指标监控于一体的数字式轴系扭振监测与诊断系统,该系统利用内燃机轴系扭振测试简单、信息量大的优点,以实现对内燃机轴系的连续监测、状态分析及诊断功能。利用东南大学的NB-1型扭振标定器进行标定试验,并且在大型空压机扭振测试试验及柴油机曲轴扭应力测试试验中进行应用,验证了该系统测试、分析和计算结果准确可靠,运行快速稳定,抗干扰能力强,使用方便快捷。
