黄芩苷与栀子苷相使配伍治疗脑血管病的机制研究进展

摘要

本文通过研究精制清开灵组分配伍,观察实验研究黄芩苷和栀子苷相使配伍治疗缺血性脑血管病的机制,从单体的治疗效果到相使配伍后的治疗效果进行了综述。其中黄芩苷在抗氧化、神经保护、减轻脑水肿、抗炎作用方面和多途径脑保护方面都有具体的疗效;栀子苷的既往药理研究表明其有抗炎和抗凝血活性,并具有解毒、抗氧化、抗肿瘤作用。在神经药理研究中,栀子苷具有神经营养、诱导神经元分化作用;而黄芩苷和栀子苷的相使配伍对细胞黏附相关基因干预作用优于单一组分,起到加和效应。此外,黄芩苷、栀子苷还可提高缺血损伤后神经生长因子的分泌量,由此推测黄芩苷、栀子苷可上调缺血损伤导致的神经胶质细胞分泌的神经生长因子的量,具体的作用机制还有待进一步研究。%The paper studies the components compatibility of refined Qing Kai Ling( RQKL),observes the therapeu-tic mechanism of the compatibility use of Baicalin and Jasminoidin in ischemic cerebrovascular diseases and compares the thera-peutic effect of single component and compatibility of components. The Baicalin shows satisfactory efficacy in antioxidant,neuro-protection,alleviating encephaledema,anti-inflammatory and multi-way of cerebral protection,while previous pharmacologi-cal studies show that the Jasminoidin is effective in anti -inflammatory, anticoagulant, detoxication, antioxidant and antitu-mor. Neuropharmacology researches show that Jasminoidin plays an important role in neurotrophy and inducing neuronal differenti-ation. The compatibility of Baicalin and Jasminoidin has additive effect in intervention on cell adhesion-related genes. Besides, the Baicalin and Jasminoidin can also increase the secretion of NGF after ischemia,thus it can be inferred that Baicalin and Jas-minoidin can up-regulate the secretion of NGF by neuroglia cells after ischemia. However,the mechanism requires further re-search.
