基于返聘退休医学专家管理的社区卫生人力资源SWOT分析

摘要

返聘退休医学专家是社区卫生人力资源的重要组成部分.本研究采用SWOT分析法,对返聘退休医学专家在社区卫生人力资源管理过程中面临的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行分析,并针对返聘退休医学专家在社区卫生人才队伍建设中存在的问题和面临的挑战提出相应的对策建议,以便能进一步推进和完善社区卫生机构返聘退休医学专家的管理.%Re - employment of medical experts after their retirement has been an important component of human power resource for the community health service. In this study, by using SWOT analysis, we analyze the existing advantages and disadvantages , opportunities and challenges in management of community human power resource for re - employed retired medical experts ; and then put forth the corresponding strategies and proposals aiming at the existing problems and facing challenges in construction of community talent team for the medical experts , in order to further promote and improve the management of the medical experts in community health service system.
