Objective To explore the curative effects of ambroxol combined with ribavirin administered by air compression pump in treating bronchiolitis. Methods A total of 98 bronchiolitis cases were randomly divided into the treatment group ( n =50 ) and the control group ( n =48 ). The treatment group received ambroxol combined with ribavirin administered by air compression pump, while the control group received chymotrypsin and ribavirin inhalation through ultrasound. Results The durations of panting, cough, wheezing rale, moist rale and hospital stay of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group ( P <0. 01 ). Total effective rates were significantly different between the treatment group and the control group ( 96. 00% vs 75. 00% , = 8- 82, P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion It is worth recommending to treat bronchiolitis using ambroxol combined with ribavirin administered by air compression pump, since this method is both effective and safe.%目的 探讨氨溴索联合利巴韦林经空气压缩泵雾化吸入治疗细支气管炎的疗效.方法 将98例细支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组(n=50)及对照组(n=48),治疗组给予氨溴索及利巴韦林经空气压缩泵雾化吸入,对照组给予糜蛋白酶及利巴韦林经超声雾化吸入.结果 治疗组患儿喘息、咳嗽、哮鸣音、湿啰音消失时间及住院时间较对照组均明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).治疗组总有效率96.00%,对照组75.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.82,P＜0.01).结论 氨溴索联合利巴韦林经空气压缩泵雾化吸入治疗细支气管炎疗效显著,安全性好,值得临床推广使用.
