县级中医医院普遍存在综合服务能力较弱、经营发展面临一定的困难和问题.本文结合诸暨市中医医院实践经验进行思考,从秉持中医特色、依靠现代科技、加强人才队伍建设、扶持特色专科、创新管理模式和弘扬中医文化等方面,提出加强县级中医医院综合服务能力建设、保障可持续发展的对策与建议.%There are common problems of the weak general capacity and operation capacity. Based on the experience of Zhuji traditional Chinese medicine hospital, suggestions in aspects of scientific and technology, human resources, building special department, management mode and culture to strengthen county level traditional Chinese medicine hospital capacity building and sustainable development are presented.
