Objectives: To promote hospital total capacity, improve hospital competition and keep sustainable development by innovatingmanagement, allocation and incentive mechanism and combining with hospital characters, experiences were summarized and a management mode matching self character was found. Conclusions: The scientific management mode could maximum development human resources, improve working efficiency, strengthening hospital core competition and make hospital keep winning in competition.%目的:通过科学创新管理,提高医院综合实力,增强医院竞争力,保持可持续发展.方法:在医院的管理上,通过加强医院的内涵建设、人才培养、质量管理、行风建设、分配制度和奖惩制度等多方面不断深化改革创新,结合自身特点,总结实践经验,探索切合实际的管理办法,找出一条适合自己发展的路子.结论:通过科学管理模式能最大限度开发人力资源,提高工作效率,增强医院核心竞争力,从而使医院在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地.
