目的：论述水合氯醛辅助局麻在小儿整形外科中的应用。方法：对学龄前小儿的体表肿物，先用0.5％～1％的利多卡因进行局麻，之后即刻用5％的水合氯醛灌肠，一般在15～20min可入睡，此时进行手术，可顺利完成。结果：应用此方法治疗84例，均取得成功，术中麻醉和镇静效果满意。结论：水合氯醛辅助局麻用于学龄前小儿体表手术的麻醉及镇静，效果可靠副作用小，操作简单，易于推广。%Objective To discuss the effects on application of chloral hydrate combined with local anesthesia in pediatric plastic surgery. Methods During the surgical treatment of surface mass of 84 preschool children, local anesthesia by lidocaine with 0.5% -1% was implemented firstly,and then chloral hydrate enema with 5% was followed immediately. Those patients was to fall asleep in 15~20 minutes frequently, and accepted surgery operation successfully. Results The effects of anesthetic and sedative effects by this combination method in all 84 preschool children was confirmed successfully. Conclusion The application of this combination of hydration chloral anesthesia on children' surgery operation was reliable and without any side effects, so the application wae simple and could be promoted easily.
