牛磺酸(Tau)是一种存在于动物体内的游离氨基酸,具有抗氧化、增强免疫力及抗细胞凋亡等作用.作为饲料添加剂,牛磺酸在畜牧生产中的应用逐渐受到关注,具有提高生产性能、繁殖性能和降低应激损伤等作用.本文阐述了牛磺酸的生理功能及其作用机制,并综述了近年来牛磺酸在猪生产中的应用效果,以期为牛磺酸在猪生产中更好地应用提供参考.%Taurine is a kind of free amino acid presents in animal body and has the functions of anti-oxidation, enhancing immunity and anti-apoptosis et al. As a feed additive, taurine has attracted attention in livestock pro-duction, which has the effects of improving production performance, breeding performance and reducing stress injury. This article describes the physiological function of taurine and its mechanism of action, and summarizes the recent application of taurine in pig production, in order to provide a reference for the better application of taurine in pig production.
