本试验旨在研究育肥鸭饲料脂肪酸组成,采集8个企业的育肥鸭料,每个企业随机采集6个样品,测定粗脂肪和脂肪酸.结果表明:8个企业的育肥鸭饲料使用种类不同的油脂,饲料中粗脂肪和脂肪酸含量差异显著(P＜0.05),粗脂肪含量在3.54％～6.84％亚油酸和亚麻酸含量差异显著(P＜0.05),分别为41.22％～54.37％、1.29％～4.07％;ω-6/ω-3在12.07～36.19 (P＜0.05);各样品的不饱和脂肪酸(UFA,U)和饱和脂肪酸(SFA,S)含量差异显著(P＜0.05),分别为71.48％～82.59％、17.55％～28.29％;U/S(2.52～4.68)差异显著;育肥鸭耗料增重比差异显著(P＜0.05).由此可见,企业育肥鸭饲料中含有较多的ω-6 PUFA,ω-3 PUFA含量较少,且ω-6/ω-3 PUFA比例差异极显著,UFA是SFA的2～5倍,显然饲料中脂肪酸组成有明显的差异.%This experiment was conducted to analysis the fatty acids composition and content of fattening duck,fattening duck feeds were collected from eight company.Six samples were collected randomly from each company for determination of crude fat and fatty acids.The results showed that crude fat and fatty acid contents of eight fattening duck feed had significant differences (P ＜ 0.05).Crude fat contents were range from 3.54％ to 3.54％;the content of linoleic acid were between 41.22％ and 54.37％,the linolenic acid were range from 1.29％jand 4.07％,(P ＜ 0.05),the ratio of omega-6/ omega-3 was between 12.07and 36.19 (P＜ 0.05),contents of unsaturated fatty acids (U) and saturated fatty acids (S) were significantly difference (P ＜ 0.05),which were range from 71.48％ to 82.59％ and range from 17.55％ to 28.29％;U/S had significant difference which were between 2.52 and 4.68.There was significant difference between the enterprise with duck feed composition of fatty acids,contains more ω-6 PUFA,less ω-6 PUFA content,and the ratio had difference significantly,even without EPA and DHA,UFA was 2～5 times SFA,the fatty acid composition of the diet was evident difference.
